What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is before 12 pm.
Are there any non-smoking rooms?
Yes, all the rooms at Château de la Bégude are non-smoking.
How many floors does the hotel have?
The hotel has two storeys.
Is there a lift?
No, there’s no lift. If you need a reduced-mobility room you can request one.
Is the hotel suitable for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, just let us know when you make your booking.
Is there somewhere to store my luggage when I check out?
Château de la Bégude offers a luggage storage service.
Do you have a car park?
Yes, our uncovered car park is free and reserved for hotel guests.
Do you have charging points for electric vehicles?
Yes, Château de la Bégude has a number of charging points for electric vehicles.
Do the rooms have a safe?
Yes, you will be provided with instructions on how to keep your belongings safe.
Do the rooms have a mini-bar service?
Yes, all our rooms have a mini-bar.
Does the hotel have an internet connection?
Yes, we offer unlimited free Wi-Fi for our guests. The whole resort has high-speed Wi-Fi and fibre broadband.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed for a €30/night supplement.
Can I request a cot?
Yes, we can set up a cot in your room at no extra charge. Please let us know when you make your booking.
Does the hotel have a laundry service?
No, but please feel free to contact our staff with your request and they will be pleased to help.

Yes, the Opio Valbonne Golf Resort restaurant is open to the public from 7.30 am to 9.30 pm.
Is there a bar at the resort?
Yes, the Opio Valbonne Golf Resort bar is open every day from 7.30 am to 10.30 pm.
Is breakfast included in the room price?
Yes, if this is shown in the rate when you make your booking.
If I haven't booked a room with breakfast, can I still have breakfast?
Yes, our staff will be happy to see you. Our à la carte breakfast costs €25 per person.
Can I have my breakfast in my room?
Yes, we offer a room service breakfast for a €5 supplement.
Activities
Is the swimming pool heated?
No, the outdoor pool is open to our guests from mid-May to mid-September in keeping with the climate in our region.
What sporting activities are available at Opio Valbonne Golf Resort?
Opio Valbonne Golf Resort has a tennis court, an 18-hole golf course and a boules court.
Can I book an instructor for these sports?
Yes, our own OGO Academy offers golf lessons. Contact the Golf d’Opio Valbonne team for more information. A tennis coach is also available on request.

Can I book a meal for a group at Château de la Bégude?
Yes, the staff at Château de la Bégude will be happy to help you organise your private or business reception.
Can I organise a seminar at your venue?
Yes, the staff at Château de la Bégude will be happy to help you organise your corporate seminar at Opio. You can also organise golf team building events for your staff.
Do you hold wedding reception and non-religious ceremonies at your venue?
Yes, please speak to the staff at Château de la Bégude, who will be happy to help.
Can I hold a music event at your venue? And what time would it have to finish?
Yes, as long as you book a block of rooms at the hotel for 2 or 3 nights, we will be happy to host your musical evening until 4.00 am.

What is your cancellation policy?

No, but we can help you book a taxi or hire a car.
